4. Lean toward lean meats and vegetables.

6. Stay away from sugar.

7. Keep active and be around people as much as possible. Sitting around your house or allowing yourself to be bored is a sure way to the refrigerator and all those fat-producing goodies that put weight on.

8. Don’t gobble your food down. Eat slowly and chew your food well. Put your fork down between bites and talk a little; it takes your body time to tell your mind that you don’t have to eat anymore. The slower you eat, the less you eat; the less you eat, the more weight you lose.

9. Don’t forget to include exercise in your program.

10. Follow a sensible overall program that will not only get that fat off fast, but also will get you to and keep you at your “dream weight.”
