Weight loss programs can be really productive, however, there are those that will just take your money and leave you disappointed and frustrated. Choosing the right one can be quite a challenge.
The information I have placed on this website is designed to make it easy for you to find your personal best program.
I also warn you about programs that have proven to be disappointing to those who have tried them. I accomplish this by studying each weight loss plan myself and then looking for unbiased user reviews (on blogs and forums only). I never use reviews that are included on biased sales websites.

Most overweight people have difficulty loosing weight on their own. A good weight loss program can really help. Also most people find great benefit in constant reminders, weight loss tips, and encouragements.

- ANYTHING SAFE THAT MAKES LOSING WEIGHT EASIER IS A GOOD THING.
Do You Really Need A Weight Loss Program
Not everyone needs a weight loss plan to help him or her lose weight. If you are one of those highly-disciplined, well-organized people who have the time to go it on your own, save your money and do it yourself.
However, most people need help and timesaving assistance to lose weight. Weight-loss programs are designed for those who:
- Struggle with organizing the whole process on their own
- Find shopping, cooking, exercising, and organizing for weight loss difficult
- Have a busy schedule, so they want the convenience of having it all (or, at least, most of it) handed to them
- Want decent food without time consuming shopping and cooking
- Don’t mind pre-prepared food
- Are willing to follow simple instructions to become thinner
- Will make a commitment to do what the program says
- Need the support that these programs can give
- Can afford it (the foods in these programs cost more than if you cooked the food yourself and designed your own program)

It is important that you be able to distinguish between a good weight loss program and a bad one. Knowing what a good weight loss program looks like will help you identify the bad ones.

What should a good weight loss program consist of? It should consist of:
- A healthy and effective diet (provided by the program, prepared by you, or a combination of both).
- Physical activity and exercise
- Encouragement and instruction
- A good percentage of positive off-their-website reviews
Actually, you can loose weight without joining any weight-loss program. It just takes more discipline and more time, which most people don’t have these days. Besides, a lot of people need the support, encouragement, and organization that these programs offer.

Some users like this program and some don’t. Also, there seems to be more complaints about the program/company than I would feel comfortable with. It seems to give you a well-rounded program (includes exercise guidance), but it also costs more than
NutriSystem.
