I do want to, and I can help you lose weight fast, but I want it to be done safely and with the best results. Fast weight loss can be a blessing or a curse, depending on how you approach it. Taking the wrong approach to weight loss can:

- Cause you to look warn down
- Put you at risk for malnutrition
- Diminish your sodium and potassium levels
- Cause dehydration and constipation
- Deplete you of energy and strength
- Cause you to lose water
- Burn muscle instead of fat (dangerous)
So, let’s approach your fast weight-loss plan sensibly and with knowledge.
It is important to remember that normal, healthy, long-term weight loss should be around 1-2 pounds per week. At that rate, safety is not an issue.
However, 3-6 pounds or more a week is considered quick weight loss. Weight loss at this rate must be approached properly or your health and appearances will be at risk.

This is not a starvation diet. A starvation diet is not a sensible or healthy approach to losing weight quickly. If you stop eating for long periods of time on a regular basis, you will not be pleased with the results and will ruin your health.
It is always a good idea to approach your fast weight-loss program carefully if you have any physical problems. And, if you do, you should consider being under the supervision of a medical professional.
