So brand it into your mind. Whenever you are visiting someone or out to dinner, you will say “no” to those foods that bring on the weight.
2. Say “no” to the wrong kind of fat and “yes” to lean.
Fat is a double-edged sword. It is loaded with calories. Also, the wrong kind of fat is bad for your health. When you do eat fat, try to make it extra virgin olive oil, or any of the great omega-3 laden foods...and don’t overdo it.
3. Say “no” to the wrong carbohydrates and a gentle “yes” to the good ones.
For fast weight loss, you will need to curb the carbs...especially the bad ones. Not all carbohydrates are a problem (unless you eat too much), but you should definitely stay away from:

I know, it doesn’t seem to make sense. If you are eating frequently, it seems that you would be gaining more weight. The truth is that you can eat six times a day and lose more weight than if you were to eat the same amount three times a day.
How does eating frequently expedite weight loss? Let me explain it.
When you skip a meal or go on a fast, your metabolism slows down to conserve energy. Your body is not dumb--it knows when you have less food coming in and that it needs to conserve calorie consumption. The problem is that once you slow your metabolism down, your body burns fewer calories.
