I designed this page (and this whole website) to help you find everything you need to slim down as easily as possible. Here you will find plenty of plans to choose from. You will also find the information you need to avoid those plans that have produced a lot of unhappy customers.
The key to finding good diet plans is lots of research and, best of all, user reviews. Real unbiased users tell the truth.
When you follow the links below to various programs you will find information on each plan and reviews from those who have used them. But how do you get honest unbiased user reviews that you know have not been fabricated by sales sites? Here’s what I do.
I search the internet for users’ reviews on blogs and forums. That’s where I find the completely balanced and unbiased truth. These reviews are not taken from sales websites, which can be distorted and even fabricated. These real users tell the truth about their personal experiences with the diet plans and programs they tried.
You will also find a pretty thorough explanation of each program. All of this information is designed to save you time and to get you on the road to a slimmer you.
A Few Dieting Tips
Still searching for the diet that suits you best? That’s okay...taking your time to find the right one for you will pay big dividends in the future. But in the mean time, here are some weight-loss tips that can get you going right away:
- Plan what you are going to eat before you get hungry.
You know the old saying, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” So plan and prepare today for what you will eat tomorrow or for the rest of the week.
Pick your low-fat and healthy meals and snacks, buy them, and have them available when you get ready to cook or get hungry.
- Get rid of all those “goodies” you have stashed all over the house.
“Out of site, out of mind,” right? Well, here’s another one: “Out of reach, out of mouth, and off of waist, hips, thighs, etc.” Get rid of those high-fat, high-calorie goodies or you will end up wearing them. If you ever want to have a “goodie break,” you buy it, eat it, then get rid of anything that is left over.
- Eat slo-o-o-o-w.
Eating slow gives your body time to tell your brain that you have eaten and that it doesn’t need any more food. If you eat slowly, you will eat less. Try putting down your fork between each bite (no, you can’t cheat and use your fingers).
- Plan on eating 4-6 small meals or snacks a day instead of three large ones.
Eating more small meals keeps you from getting so hungry that you start eating without thinking...and without stopping. More healthy snacks that consist of fruits and vegetables really helps.

The right plans for you are those that you enjoy the most and that help you to lose the most weight within the shortest amount of time. The more you enjoy your plan, the easier it will be to stick with.
Although you should pick one plan and stick with it, it is a good idea to have more than one good diet plan available. Why?
If you have been on any diet for a long time, even if it works well, you can grow mighty tired of it. That’s when you find yourself slipping up more and more. When that happens it’s a good idea to switch to a different plan for a while.
